Fast Response
ZETA boilers can be online in approximately 30–60 seconds from standby and modulate from 3–100% to match changing steam or hot-water demand.
High-Purity Dry Steam
ZETA boilers deliver steam quality above 99.8%, limiting moisture carryover for effective heat transfer, while maintaining less than 5 ppb sodium to help minimize corrosion within the steam system.
Flexible Capacity
ZETA boilers consume less than 50 kW in warm standby and generate no heat until called into operation. This helps reduce explosion risk while keeping auxiliary, backup, or supplemental capacity readily available.
