ZETA maintains separate regional supply chains across North and South America. Each supply chain works with qualified local manufacturers to fabricate and assemble boiler systems. This reduces lead times, simplifies procurement, and provides easier access to spare parts and technical support.

An electrode boiler generates heat by passing alternating electrical current through treated boiler water. The water’s electrical resistance converts electrical energy directly into heat, producing steam or hot water .

Typically from 4 – 24 kV. The selected voltage depends on the boiler capacity, project requirements, and electrical supply available at the facility.

ZETA boilers regulate output by controlling the water level around the electrodes. Raising the water level increases the electrode surface in contact with the boiler water, allowing more current to flow through the water and increasing heat output.

Yes. ZETA boilers’ fast response and wide modulation range make them suitable for demand response and grid balancing, subject to local requirements.

ZETA provides a spare-parts package with each boiler. Additional parts can typically be dispatched within 1–2 business days, depending on the specific component and its availability.

Electrode life is typically expected to exceed five years and may reach approximately ten years under suitable operating conditions.

An isolation transformer is not required in every ZETA installation. In suitable configurations, ZETA’s high-resistance insulated-neutral design can allow direct connection to a compatible 3-wire medium-voltage grid system.
