Why E-Boiler?

Sustainability

Electric Boilers has traditionally been used when the electrical price is lower than available fossil fuels.  However, in today’s environment, fuel cost is only one of the factors in consideration whether to use electricity to produce hot water or steam.  Electric boilers are often used when the electrical grid has a high level of renewable sources.  This helps companies reduce their GHG or carbon footprint by replacing their existing fossil fuel fired boilers with clean electric boilers.

Regions with strict air quality requirements are banning fossil fueled boilers, requiring new installations to use only electric equipment.  Electric boilers is the main solution for replacing these fossil fuel boilers.

Reduce Fuel Cost

As the electrical grid comes from more renewable sources, electrical power production and rates will become more variable and will result in dynamic electrical pricing.  Therefore, electrical boilers can take advantage of excess electricity on the grid during certain periods of curtailment.

Decarbonization and Electrification

Climate change is a reality and we must take every step to reduce our carbon footprint.  Electrification is one option to utilize renewable, carbon free energy.  This carbon-free electricity can be an energy source of our electric steam or hot water boilers
